On request we also provide ride specific training on site for our customer's engineers and operators.

PRE DURING & AFTER SALE
A complete Customer service is one of the main aims of LEVENT A.S.; to give our Client a 360° assistance range, developed through the following stages:
Pre-Sales Consulting: we can analyze existing or foreseen structures to suggest the best solutions for the maximum profit of our Client;
Personalized Planning: we are willing and able to satisfy each request of our Client by adapting
our designs and calculations to any specific need - i.e. foundations, theming, location, etc…
Financial Consulting: we are constantly in contact with financial partners who can, in case, advice and support our Client for best.
Installation: we will provide the first assembling of the attraction and all the related documents regarding property, use and maintenance, and all technical specifications. After-Sales service: we can assure complete assistance about ordering and distribution of spare parts and technical support either by phone or on site.
